Chief Don Riffe was a beloved member of the Jeffco Shop with a Cop organization, who passed away on 1/20/2022. Chief Riffe served with the Jefferson College Police Department for 7 years and was an instructor for the Jefferson College Law Enforcement Academy. He also served as a special agent for the United States Army Investigation Division for over 30 years. He left behind his three adult children, who remain involved with the Shop with a Cop organization.
While being a part of this organization Chief Riffe didn’t only donate his time and energy towards improving our community, but he spent thousands of dollars of his own money to help improve it. Every year, Chief Riffe would pay for, and donate a gun to be raffled off by Shop with a Cop. After his passing, the board unanimously voted to continue this tradition and to name the yearly gun raffle after him, to memorialize his contributions and love for what we do.
This years raffle item is a Radical Arms .223 with a custom American Flag Cerakote, donated by 6Tactical, Protectors LEMC Arch City Chapter, and Cerakote finish donated by 4Bush.
Tickets can be purchased 1- $10 or 3 for $20. We can accept payments through Venmo, PayPal, Debit Card, or Mail. (Payment details are available on this website under the “Donation” Page.) Please include your name and phone number when providing payment for raffle tickets, and include in the payment heading that the money is for a “Raffle.”
